❗️Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded — under any circumstances.

❗️We DO NOT offer refunds, returns, or cancellations for any order, including change of mind.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS

  • If there is an issue with your delivery, an unboxing video is mandatory to process any claim.
  • This video must clearly show the unopened package and full contents upon opening.
  • All claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order at:

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a full residential or business address.
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not responsible for undelivered packages.
  • We are not liable for any loss, delay, or damage caused by courier services once the order has been dispatched.


ORDER EDITS

  • Orders can only be modified (items added/removed) if requested before shipping.
  • Once shipped, no edits, changes, or cancellations are allowed.

 

⚠️ WEATHER & TEMPERATURE DAMAGE DISCLAIMER

❗️We DO NOT take responsibility for any items damaged or melted due to temperature conditions during shipping.

  • Items like chocolates, Munch, imli-based treats, etc., may melt in warm weather (above 28°C / 82°F).
  • By placing an order, you acknowledge this risk.
  • No replacements or refunds will be issued for melted items.

 

⚠️ FRAGILE PRODUCTS – CHIPS / SNACKS

❗️Products like Lays, Bingo, and other chips are fragile and may arrive broken due to handling during transit.

  • While we pack with care, we are not responsible for breakage of chips or snacks in shipping.
  • No compensation will be provided for crushed or broken items.

  • We strive to show product colors and images as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee color accuracy due to screen differences.
  • Prices, descriptions, and availability may change at any time without notice.
  • We reserve the right to:
